Matagorda County Director
Katie Winans is from Angleton, Texas. She's been involved with Texas Our Little Miss for 6 months after she entered her daughter in a preliminary. Katie currently serves as a co-director for Matagorda County Preliminary Pageant.
She enjoys spending time with her husband Dustin, daughter Kailie and her 4 dogs and 2 fish. In Katie’s spare time, she loves to paint furniture and eat Hershey kisses.
