Rachel Jelks is from Spring, Texas. She started with Texas Our Little Miss in 2021 at the Magnolia Preliminary after seeing an ad on Facebook. Rachel is currently the director of the Spring Preliminary.
She enjoys spending time with her husband Eugene, 6 children and 2 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys antiquing and drinking sweet tea.
