Hello, allow me to introduce myself, my name is LaKindra Andrews, I am 43 years old residing in Houston, Texas. I’m the mother of four children (Ranikka-32, Chaice-22, Chance-21, and Angeliyah-6, and two grandchildren (Kennidi-8 and Emersyn-3). I obtained a master’s degree in social work from Stephen F Austin State University and became a Licensed Master Social Worker. I currently work as a Crisis professional for a crisis hotline with Centene Corporation. I love to travel, spend as much time with family as I possibly can, doing pageants with my Angel, brunch with friends, and a girl’s trip with my best gals is a highlight for me! I’m a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated graduate chapter Sigma Tau Zeta for 4 years. I have many accolades in the pageantry world being the 2021 TX Universal Beauty 29+, 2023 Worlds Official Personality Plus, 2023 Worlds Beauty Princess, 2023 Worlds official USA Classic MS, 2024 Living Doll, 2024 Optional Talent Winner and 2024 Worlds Beauty Personality Plus. Along with my daughter Angeliyah started Golden Crowns putting emphasis on our elderly community through their love for pageantry taking place in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities; their motto is “No elderly left feeling unloved and alone”. My favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me”.

This is my family, yes, I do have a lot of kids well most are grownups except for the youngest. Starting with the oldest my daughter Ranikka is 32 years old and from her I have my 1st grandchild Kennidi who is 8 years old. My next son Chaice is 22 years old and from him I have my 2nd grandchild Emersyn who is 3 years old. My son Chance is 21 years old and a Junior attending University of Texas at Tyler. My last child and some of you may know her is Angeliyah who is 6 years old, she is my pageant bestie! I love to spend as much time with them all as I possibly can and could not be prouder of to be their mother and grandmother. They are my greatest accomplishment! Texas OLM has been an intricate part of my family and I’m so happy to be a part of this of loving team. My village: Jennifer Jones, Grace Sommerville, Daylene and Bo Collette, Angela Kyle, Jessie Hanna, mama Stacy and Keegan Harris, Crystal Butler and Tarik Mamo is the absolute greatest support system ever.
A little fun fact about myself is that I’m a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Sigma Tau Zeta Graduate Chapter, where our principles are Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood! I like to sing and do a little sign language as part of my talents. I have also won many awards in the pageant world including: 2021 TX Universal Beauty 29+, 2023 Worlds Official Personality Plus, 2023 Worlds Beauty Princess, 2023 Worlds official USA Classic MS, 2024 Living Doll, 2024 Optional Talent Winner and 2024 Worlds Beauty Personality Plus.
As the 2023 Texas Universal Classic Ms I decided to do something that I have passion for and that’s giving back to our elderly community. So, I created the Golden Crowns a non-profit organization where we go into skilled nursing and assisted living facility and put on pageants with the residents. I love being able to invite other royalty from all systems to come pamper the residents while showing love and support for our elderly. The greatest part of this experience is seeing the excitement and smiles on each resident's face.
