Howdy y'all! My name is Kailie Winans and I am your 2022 Texas' Universal Beauty Royalty. I am 15 years old and in 9th grade. I will begin new adventures this year by starting high school. I enjoy pageants and hanging out with all my family and friends. I am so proud as a native born Texan to represent our amazing state.
This is a photo of me with my Mama and Big Daddy. They are the most supportive adults in my life. I love them with my whole heart. I live in the city of Angleton, where ironically I was born two blocks from our house. It is growing but everyone still has a small town soul with a big Texas heart. Angleton is actually represented by giant heart statues on every side of town. ​
When I am not at a pageant or helping in my local community volunteer events, I enjoy refinishing furniture with my mom.
I never thought the day I began that Lake Jackson Preliminary Pageant that it would lead me to people who I consider close family. Everyone has put their individual stamp on my heart. I think I know who I want to be because of them.
My favorite commmunity service project was the Guns and Roses Cook Off and Auction. I met Wonder Woman and Batman, and felt a sense of responsibility that made me proud to use my crown to help.
