Hi y’all, my name is Brynley Buzzard and I am your 2022 Texas’ Universal Beauty 7-9! I am eight years old and live in Navasota, Texas with my parents Casey and Amber, and my big brother Bailey.
! am proud to be representing my home state of Texas with my second state title! I was previously the 2021 Texas Miss La Petite, as well as the 2022 World’s Official Livin’ Doll 3-6! My favorite color is teal, favorite food is my Dad’s ribeye steak and my Mom’s spaghetti and meatballs, and I love the song “Lavender Haze” by Taylor Swift and anything by Imagine Dragons! My favorite things in life are shiny jewelry,
.My other loves in life are my cows and cats! I am the proud owner of nine cats, however, my parent’s only let me have one of them in the house. She is black and white and her name is “Snuggles.” The other cats tend to the barn and keep watch over my cows. Together with my family, we own and operate Southern Jewel Cattle Company where we raise, show and sell registered Simmental, Simbrah and Brangus cattle all over the country. I am looking forward to starting my first year in 4-H this fall and can’t wait to show my heifer “Punkin” at the Texas majors in the Spring!
If you couldn’t tell already, I am an animal lover at heart! Along with my cows and cats, I also have three dogs named “Tori,” “Ruby,” and “Penny.” I truly believe that every animal deserves to be loved, therefore one of my community service ventures has been to collect items like food, treats, beds, blankets, etc. for animal shelters across South Texas. I also enjoy volunteering with the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Toy distribution every December. It brings my heart so much joy to be able to give Christmas gifts to other children!
I have had so much fun representing Texas this year! One of my favorite things about pageants and Our Little Miss is meeting new friends, and I can’t wait to meet you all in Bastrop at the State pageant in October where we will party it up “Barbie” style!
